GardnersWebSync

System Overview

This inventory management system provides real-time synchronisation between a bookseller's own stock, our wholesale stock at Gardners, and your e-commerce website built on Shopify or WooCommerce. It can be set to run on a schedule multiple times per day, so the inventory on the bookseller's own website is always in sync with their shop.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download GardnersWebSync, either the Shopify or WooCommerce version, together with the config and the RepCodesLookup files, using the links above.
  2. Save all three files to the same folder on your computer.
  3. Open the config.ini file with a text editor and update it with your own details.
  4. Once you've updated the settings, run the GardnersWebSync.exe (for Shopify) or GardnersWebSyncWoo.exe (for WooCommerce) file to start the application.
  5. The application will create CSVFiles and LogFiles folders and you should check the files in those folders once the application has been run.
